The birth of a vision
With determination and a clear vision of offering accessible, high-quality legal services, Lic. Kerby Rojas Alfaro establishes our firm in a small office in downtown San José. From day one, we committed to providing personalized and close service, establishing the foundations of what is today our work philosophy.
Expansion and growth
After years of dedicated work and growing recognition from our clients, we expanded our offerings to include specialized services in real estate and corporate law. This was a period of significant growth, where our team began to expand and our facilities moved to a larger space to accommodate our growing clientele and staff.
Strengthening and new horizons
A crucial moment in our history was when Lic. Karol Murillo Araya joined as a partner, bringing her valuable experience in Notarial and Registry Law. This alliance not only strengthened our technical capabilities but also enriched our organizational culture with new perspectives and approaches. Together, we began to forge a renewed vision for the future of the firm.

We initiated collaborations with renowned financial institutions such as COOPEGRECIA RL, the National Housing and Urban Development Institute (INVU), and several national banks.
