This Agreement is governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or related to: • This Agreement or its interpretation • Use of the website or our services • Violation of these Terms Shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Grecia, Alajuela, Costa Rica. Both parties expressly waive any other venue or jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

This document, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and KMR Legal regarding the use of the website. This Agreement: • Replaces and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral • Cannot be modified, amended, or supplemented except by written document authorized by KMR Legal • Prevails over any conflicting term, condition, or provision • Is complemented by the referenced policies (Privacy and Cookies)
